Our Wellness Warehouse office is located at 2415 West Market Street, York, PA 17404, inside the Monarch Mills building, just off North Hartley Street. The space is a renovated warehouse style building designed to feel comfortable and relaxed.

If you are coming from Route 30, turn onto Pennsylvania Avenue. You will pass Rudders on one side and Burger King on the other. Continue straight through a couple of traffic lights, then turn right onto Roosevelt Avenue.

At the corner where you will see Turkey Hill and the fire station, turn left toward the large brick Monarch Mills building and the North Hartley townhouses.

There is free parking available along the side of the Monarch Mills building on North Hartley Street.

Once you arrive, walk to the main entrance door and enter the keypad code 140-call. Our secretary will buzz you in.

After entering, go through the first door, then the second door, head up the stairs, and walk down the hallway. The Wellness Warehouse office will be on the left side.

We also care for patients at 2820 Whiteford Road, Suite 5, York, PA 17402, and our Forward Motion office is located very close to a rapid transit bus stop for convenient access.
