Starting Care at Forward Motion Chiropractic and Wellness
If you are an athlete, active worker, weekend warrior or a parent who just wants to move without pain, you are in the right place. Dr. Daniel Eichner built this practice as a one-stop wellness hub where chiropractic, soft tissue work, exercise, massage, cold tub and more all support your goals.
Our office has a relaxed, renovated-warehouse feel—not a cold medical environment. Dr. Eichner also loves caring for families and sees patients of all ages.
Before Your First Visit
Getting started is easy. After you book, we send you a secure intake form to complete before you come in. Dr. Eichner reviews this ahead of time so he can understand your injury, your job demands, your sport and your goals. That prep lets him come in with specific questions and a likely game plan so your time in the office is efficient. There is no special preparation needed beyond filling out the form and wearing comfortable clothing.
What to Expect at Your 45-Minute First Visit
Your new patient visit is scheduled for about 45 minutes and includes both an examination and your first session. Dr. Eichner will talk through your health history, how the problem started, what your day looks like and what you want to get back to doing. He acts a bit like a detective, using your story and movement assessment to look for the real root cause of your pain. Your session may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, exercise guidance or taping, depending on what he finds. Most people leave that first visit already started on a plan to return to sport, work or everyday life.

Insurance, Payments and Getting Here
This practice does not bill insurance directly, but the team can provide a superbill you can submit to your plan for possible reimbursement. To keep things simple, the cost of the visit can be reviewed with either Dr. Eichner or the front desk. The office accepts HSA and FSA cards, major credit and debit cards, and cash (checks are not accepted). Both locations offer free parking, with street parking at one office and a lot at the other.
At the Monarch Mills office in York PA, you will turn off Pennsylvania Avenue near the Rutter’s and Burger King, head toward Roosevelt Avenue past the Turkey Hill and fire station, then turn onto North Hartley Street and park beside the big brick Monarch Mills building before using the keypad at the door.
Schedule Your Appointment
Same-day appointments are often available, and Dr. Eichner sees patients seven days a week, including Sundays. Reach out today to schedule your 45-minute evaluation and first session and start moving better again.
