No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who miss their appointment will be charged a No-Show fee to the card on file.

Our No-Show fee is as follows:

-First Violation: 50% of the visit cost charged to card on file.

-Second Violation: 100% of the visit cost charged to card on file.

-Third Violation: Required Pre-purchase of appointment.
